Everything was clean and in good condition, the staff were super friendly, and the rooms had a fresh new look. Plus, the airport was just 15 km away! ✈️

Fairly clean venue with exceptionally nice and unbeatable location to Chambery airport which is very close by. In the centre of the city, very convenient. Based close enough to the fair close to the train station...

Magnificent location in a lovely area next to all interesting places and railway station, Annecy and the thermal centre.

The hotel's location in the center of town is a huge advantage, allowing easy access to many nearby places. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with the added bonus of air-conditioning for those hot summer nights. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was of good quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The noise from the street during the weekends could be bothersome at times.

The location was good, only 5 minutes on foot from Train train station. Excellent home base for one night. There was a nice bar on site. We would stay here again certainly.

We could visit everything we needed like Musee Faure as it was just walking distance from the hotel. Private parking & great staff...

The location of this hotel is top notch and great for accessing the downtown parts of Aix-les-Bains. It is very nice with walking distance to the thermal center. The staff at this hotel is really nice and the service is top quality. They were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms, although they don't have a door, are spacious and clean. The air conditioning was especially good during a hot week.

That being in the center, it could get noisy at weekends with people talking in the street till very late, which may affect privacy if you are sharing a room.

The hotel did not offer any non smoking rooms. The room we stayed in stank of stale smoke and no alternative was available. The pool was pleasant but lack of changing rooms was inconvenient. At breakfast, by 8.30, the croissants had run out managed to serve some more 15 minutes later!

Great location right by the thermal center 🏞️. The room we stayed in had just been redone and had really cozy beds and a nice bathroom. Plus, all the staff we interacted with were super friendly.

Considering the reviews I read on some social media sites (other than booking), I thought twice before making my reservation.... I turns out that the hotel is excellent: service, room, location... you get a lot for a price that cannot be beat!

Its a nice hotel, nothing special. Cause of a fire the swimmingpool and other spa facilities arent open. Grund floor/reception is very nice modern and clean. Room could use an upgrade.

Convenient location near train station and city center. Assistance provided in organizing meal delivery. Comfortable rooms, great for short stays. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with variety.

I chose this hotel for my recent brainstorming session and it was an ideal destination for my business trip stopover. The dedicated meeting room provided all the necessary services for a successful event. The location between Lyon and Grenoble was convenient for my travel needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have access to computers and printing facilities on site.

The people were helpful.
